PONTUS. Amisus. Hadrian, 117-138. Drachm (Silver, 19 mm, 2.80 g, 6 h), CY 163 = 131/2. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑ ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ Π Π ΥΠ Γ Laureate and draped bust of Hadrian to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΑΜΙϹΟΥ ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΑϹ ΕΤΟΥϹ ΡΞΓ Athena standing front, head to left, holding Nike in her right hand and placing her left on shield set on ground. RG 80. RPC III online 1249. Lightly toned. Some roughness on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
